Due to the reservation of spacing on campus and the ambassador’s schedules, we are unable to accommodate dates and times outside of those posted on our online reservation calendar. To arrange for your organization or high school group tour, please review our event calendar and complete your reservation here.
Please read the guidelines below before reserving a group tour date:
- Reservation must be made by a staff member representing the group.
- Tours are available to high schools, community groups and organizations of 10 to 60 students. Group size limit is 60, not including chaperones. Your group must include at least 1 chaperone per 15 students.
- If, after reservation, you determine that your group is no longer able to attend, please cancel as soon as possible so that another group can reserve a group tour.
