Visit

As our guest, we encourage you to take advantage of any of the College’s opportunities to visit listed below.

These visits offer prospective students an opportunity to sit in on an Admissions presentation and join a campus tour led by one of our student Ambassadors. Our Admissions Counselors will address questions regarding the College’s admissions process and our student Ambassadors will share their current student experience. Your walking tour will include various stops across the campus but we encourage you to let our Ambassadors know what you’d like to see before heading home.

*Please note that these Campus Tours do not include a stop in our residence halls as our current students’ safety, security and comfort are top priorities at TCNJ.

  • Fall 2014 Campus Tours will be offered on select dates between September 15th and December 5th.

Times:

  • 11AM or 2PM; due to limited capacity, please note that only available dates and/or times will be displayed.

Lions Day Open Houses

Recognizing that many of our prospective students’ extensive college search is sometimes limited by busy weekend activities, we’ve intentionally structured our Lions Day programming to accommodate a flexible schedule – yours!  Whether you join us at 10AM, 12PM, or any time in between, we strongly encourage you to make the most of the day and tap in to whatever areas interest you.  As you can see in the sample agenda below, the day’s activities range from Admissions presentations to Residence Hall Tours to an Academic Information Fair where guests will have access to representatives from each of our seven academic schools:

SAMPLE-Lions Day Agenda

Please note that the vast majority of TCNJ’s academic programs will be represented at the Academic Information Fair but only select Schools and/or Departments will host Academic Breakout Sessions throughout the day at each of our Lions Day open houses (see link below).  All students who indicate an academic area of interest in their online registration will receive a follow-up email communication regarding the timing and location of this programming if that area is hosting a breakout session.  Otherwise, all registrants will receive a comprehensive list of all Schools and/or Departments that will be hosting Academic Breakout Sessions at check-in the day of the event, which runs from 9:30AM – 12:30PM.

Our Admissions Counselors will address questions regarding the College’s admissions process and our student Ambassadors will share their current student experience.  While we realize that it is often easier for prospective students to visit college campuses during the summer months, TCNJ – like most college campuses – tends to look and feel different when the majority of the student body is not on campus. Those visiting us for the first time over the summer are strongly encouraged to visit us again when fall or spring classes are in session.

Dates:

Summer 2015 Campus Tour dates will be posted in June 2015.
